PRM suggestions for an SMB ? Why?

Personally don't recommend purchasing a PRM out of the gate, but rather create a basic homegrown tool using a form/spreadsheet/doc to see if there is an opportunity first. Once you've found an opportunity worth pursuing, I recommend exploring tools like PartnerStack/PartnerPage.io that will help you get started.
