Help! I'm trying to build achievable quarterly MBO's for a partnership director, building a partnership ecosystem from the ground up. Knowing there are product, marketing and other dependencies that may or may not make given objectives achievable, what MBO's in your view are reasonable for the first year. They will be be focused on integration & referral partners for 2026.
